すみません、もともと玉川上水LSDを予定していましたが、皇居ランに変更します！ LSDは月末ごろにやりますのでお楽しみに。
集合： 11am ＠桜田門の交番前あたり
荷物を預けてきて、すぐ走れる状態で集合場所に来てください。ロッカーやシャワールーム利用の場合は、皇居周辺のランナーズステーションや駅ロッカーを利用してください（桜田門駅＆竹橋駅にはロッカーありませんので注意してね）。
参加者のレベルに合わせて、2～4周、ニコニコペースで。早く行きたい人はご自由にどうぞ～。
ランの後は、チャヤマクロビか、またはたまには別のベジレスに行きましょう。
参加希望の方は前日18時までこのブログにコメントするか、メールでお知らせください。大雨の場合は中止します。
Where & When: 11am @ Sakuradamon (near the police box there)
(Previously I was planning Tamagawa Josui LSD for this day, but I'm changing it to Palace Run. Sorry but I will do some LSD later this month.)
Please come to the meeting place ready to run (meaning in your running outfit and without bag, jacket, etc). If you need to use a locker or a shower room, there are a bunch of running stations around the palace (if you need information let me know) and you can use a station locker for your stuff (no coin lockers at Sakuradamon and Takebashi stations, though).
We'll do easy jog for 2 - 4 loops, depending on the level of participants.
After the run, we'll probably go to Chaya Macrobi in Hibiya or some other place for a quick vegan bite!
In case of heavy rain, this event will be canceled. If you are coming, let me know by commenting on this blog or emailing by 6pm on October 2nd.

But I'll run Walk & Run Festival(10km, start 14:00 at Takebashi)
Then I'll going to run in costume...
it was jut 3 of us (junko, masa and yu ming).
返信削除we did 3 loop very slow jog for about 2hours.
the weather was perfect and it was a fun run. :-)
