東京郊外の武蔵野の玉川上水沿いをゆっくり走ります。三鷹駅→小金井公園→小平→鷹の台駅（西武国分寺線）の往復：総行程約２０キロ

以下は注意事項です：
長距離のため、給水用の水・飲み物、および途中で引き返すことになった場合のために交通費用のお金を携帯してください。
・三鷹駅などのコインロッカーに荷物を預け、走れる格好で集合場所に来てください。

This event will be canceled in case of heavy rain. Pls RSVP by commentin on our blog or email one day prior.

We'll run the Tamagaa Josui trail at a slow jogging pace. Round trip from JR Mitaka Station, Koganei Park, Kodaira-city to Takano-dai Station (Seibu Line): Appro. 20K

Please note the following:
Carry water or some drink for hydration and some change for bus fare in case you need to turn bank halfway.
Use a station locker to leave your belongings, and come to the meeting point above in a running outfit.
