集合： 7pm, 桜田門（交番の近く） すでに走れる状態で来てください。
皇居をかなりゆっくりジョグします。ビーガンランナーズと一緒に走りたいというスペインからのランナーと一緒に走ります。
大雨の場合は中止。参加希望の人は前日の18時までにメールかこのブログのコメントで参加表明してください。
Start from Sakuradamon (meet near the police box there) at 7 pm for a very slow jog around the place. Please come to the meeting place ready to run from 7 pm (meaning already in your running outfit, shoes, without bag, etc). Join the run with a runner from Spain who contacted JVRC.
In case of heavy rain, this will be canceled. If you are coming, let me know by 6 pm of the previous day by email or leaving a comment on this blog.
