集合： 桜田門 交番の近く 3pm 走れる状態で来て下さい。
3周（１５K）を30-28-26ぐらいビルドアップします。4周行きたい人、2周で終わりたい人、ご自由にどうぞ。
大雨の場合は中止。参加希望の人は前日の18時までにメールかこのブログのコメントで参加表明してください。

We start from Sakuradamon (near the Police box) at 3 pm. Please come to the meeting place ready to run. We'll build-up 3 loops (15K) about 30-28-26 minutes.
In case of heavy rain, this run will be canceled. If you are coming, let me know by 6pm of Jan. 15th by e-mail or leaving a comment on this blog.
